1. Mode of Payment:
   

   Payments for the products available on the Site may be made in the following ways:

   1. Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, e-Gift cards, and reward points.
   2. Credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
2. Cash on Delivery:
   

   As on date, Cash on Delivery (hereinafter called “COD”) is not available as a payment process for any purchase on our Site.

3. Payment Gateway:
   

   There are multiple payment partners providing us with a payment gateway. All online transactions will be routed through one of our payment partners. Upon successful transaction, the payment partner will collect and remit the money to Savex. Savex upon receiving the payment will initiate order processing.

4. EMI:
   

   Select products may be offered on EMIs as a promotional offer. This EMI offer may be restricted to credit or debit cards of select banks. The subvention charges may be partly or fully charged to the customer as part of the offer. Such EMI offers are subject to approval by the respective banks or aggregator.

1. Replacement:

   Customers are eligible to raise a replacement request within 24 hours of the delivery, under the following scenarios:

   1. Damage in Transit / Lost in Transit: to be replaced by Savex – Reverse logistics
   2. Dead On Arrival (DOA): standard service policy of Bose will apply (Servify)
2. Returns

   Savex offers Bose India products to its customers, and reserves the right to refuse any returns on products purchase through the Site.

3. Warranty Policy

   Please refer to the Warranty Policy of Bose at Bose_Limited_Warrenty.pdf

   All the materials and products (including but not limited to software) and services, included on or otherwise made available to you through the Site shall be covered by the standard product warranty offered by Bose. The products are provided "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing. Nothing on this Site constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind and you are requested to perform independent analysis before ordering the products. 1. Cancellation by Savex:

   There may be certain orders that Savex cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available for purchase; errors in pricing or product information or any other issue which Savex identifies for not accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in certain cases. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if any additional information is required to accept your order, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode.

2. Cancellation by Customer:

Savex Technologies Private Limited has partnered with reliable logistics providers in India, to guarantee the safe delivery of our products.

YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO USE ANY PAYMENT METHOD THAT YOU CHOOSE TO USE TO COMPLETE ANY SUCH TRANSACTION. Savex shall in no way be held responsible for examining or evaluating User Content, nor does it assume any responsibility or liability for the User Content. Savex does not endorse or control the User Content transmitted or posted on the Site by you and therefore, accuracy, integrity or quality of User Content is not guaranteed by Savex. You understand that by using the Site, you may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable to you. Under no circumstances will Savex be liable in any way for any User Content, including without limitation, for any errors or omissions in any User Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by you as a result of the use of any User Content transmitted, uploaded, posted, e-mailed or otherwise made available via the Site. Savex as Authorised Distributor expressly and exclusively reserve all the intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content, software and other materials, which appear on this Site, including its looks and feel. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of the content on the Site is the exclusive property of Savex and are protected by the Indian copyright laws and International treaties. OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING SAVEX IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PURCHASE OF A BOSE PRODUCT OR SERVICE, THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

SAVEX DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ADVERTISED OR OFFERED BY A THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICES OR ANY WEBSITE FEATURED OR LINKED TO THROUGH THE SERVICES, AND SAVEX WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. YOU WARRANT AND UNDERSTAND THAT SAVEX IS ONLY AN AUTHORISED DISTRUBUTER FOR SELLING BOSE PRODUCTS AND IN NO WAY GUARANTEE OR ACCEPT THE ROLE OF MANUFACTURER I.E. BOSE.

THE SITE IS PRESENTED "AS IS." You may terminate the Terms of Use at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. Savex may terminate the Terms of Use at any time and may do so without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, such termination will be without any liability to the Site.

Upon any termination of the Terms of Use by either you or Savex, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the Terms of Use or otherwise. Any such termination of the Terms of Use shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Site or affect any liability that may have arisen under the Terms of Use.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Savex, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, or licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to Savex or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under

the Terms of Use, or arising out of the your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of the Terms of Use.

The Terms of Use and the Policies shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. For proceedings arising therein the Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of the Terms of Use and other Policies on the Site, between the parties hereto, shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by mutually and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be held in Mumbai.

Without any prejudice to particulars listed in Clause 13 above, Savex shall have the right to seek and obtain any injunctive, provisional or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its trade-mark or other intellectual property rights or confidential information or to preserve the status quo pending arbitration.

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation,

1. accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access;
2. attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
3. attempting to interfere with service to any other user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mail bombing" or "crashing;"
4. sending unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; or
5. forging any header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability

Savex is entitled to investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and co-operate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site or any activity being conducted on this Site. You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this Site other than the search engine and search agents available from Savex on this Site and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer).

Savex's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to the breach or subsequent and similar breaches.

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

You acknowledge and hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions and that it constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Site, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change/ alter/ modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site thereafter constitutes your agreement to all such changed Terms and Conditions. We may, with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these Terms and Conditions. 3. Aggregated Information.

   When you visit the Site, Savex and the third parties with whom Savex has contracted to provide services, may collect anonymous information from three sources: server log files, cookies, and pixel tags

4. Server Log Files.

   Your Internet Protocol (IP) address is an identifying number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). This number is identified and logged automatically in the Savex’s server log files whenever you visit the Site, along with the time(s) of your visit(s) and the page(s) that you visited. IP addresses of all Visitors are used by the Savex to calculate the Site usage levels, to help diagnose problems with the Site servers, and to administer the Site. Savex may also use IP addresses to communicate or to block access by Visitors who fail to comply with the Policy and/or the Terms of Use of the Site. Collecting IP addresses is a standard practice followed on the Internet and is carried out automatically by many websites.
